2. Offers and Conclusion of Contract

2.1. Our offers are subject to alterations and not binding. All documents such as illustrations, drawings, weights and measures only serve as a prior information except being accepted definitely binding by written notice. The contract with BJ shall be brought about with BJ's written acceptance of the order. The scope of the contract is being defined by our written confirmation of order including its attachments. The customer has to check the content of our confirmation and give notice if there should be any deviation from the order. Additional orders, amendments and hearings must be drawn up in written.

2.2. We reserve all copyrights and other rights on all images, calculations, drawings and other documents. The customer may use them or transmit them to third parties only after our written agreement, regardless of their indication as being confidential. Confidential documents must be returned to us immediately on demand.

2.3. We reserve the right to charge the customer for samples put at their disposal if they will not be returned intact to us.
