General Terms and Conditions

1. Validity
1. 1. The present General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts concerning delivery and installation of goods concluded between BJ Irrigation Technology and its customers as defined at the time of placing an order. Conflicting conditions of the customer which we did not expressly accept are not binding to us even if we did not contradict them expressly. The present General Terms and Conditions shall also apply if we carry out an order without reservations despite having knowledge of conflicting or differing conditions of the customer.

1.2. All additional agreements reached between the customer and BJ concerning the execution of contracts are written down in the contract itself. Any hearings will only take effect after written confirmation.
